    Question

    Is there any way to retrieve:
    .vbp
    .frm
    with
    .vbm
    .frx
    .exe

    I am desperate

    I mean can I get the .frm file back. I deleted it. I'm pretty sure I know the answer, but I'm desperate, so I'm asking.

    Ouch

    Jen, if you deleted it from Recycle Bin, you may be able to find a recovery program somewhere and just might be able to retrieve it. Not 100% sure, but it may be retrievable. If not than, click File > New Project and start over again. My hard drive has crashed and I've lost the whole thing and started over again. Second time is usually better though, even if you have to start from scratch with only your memory trying to retrieve what you did, but usually, if you have spent a lot of time with it looking over and over at it, you should know what to do.
