i was attending interview at one company in which they told me to write following algorithm .

"u want to remind Ms Belize, your travel agent, about ur room reservation next week.u need a double room with bath at the Mandarin Hotel. Make sure u give the dates u will be staying & ur arrival & departure time.".....So write a typical memo....."

how can i write the algo i have no idea how to write algo, pls help me regarding this n also tell me if there is any site which having example of this type..
