Database Update

Does anybody have or know of any database update utility which compares two microsoft "access" databases, identifies the differences concerning the missing fields and their properties and then updates the "old" database with the new database? I have struggled in trying myself as I only managed in identifying the missing fields and not their properties aswell!

are u talking about MS SQL 7.0 database, if so there is a tool that lets you import and export data between 2 SQL 7.0 databases and it will let you synchronize any 2 identical databases.
