getting Hwnds and resizing windows

ok, i need to resize all other windows like icq does when it's at the side of the screen.
i think i can do this with SetWindowPos or MoveWindow, but i need every window's hwnd for this.. and i dunno how to do that
help :)

You want your program to behave as application toolbar (like a taskbar).
There's a good sample around, i believe I saw it on the codeguru site. You can search for it here too.
