I Dont Get DB's!!!! Help!!

I dont get this!!

I have a form with a bunch of Boxes, and titles and I want to click the command button "Store" and It store it in a DB.
How??

Store what exactly, the text??? Maybe you could explain in greater detail what you want to happen when you click store
