right to left arabic text problem

Friends,

I need an arabic text like ": (hrs)work Employee" (here i have written in english)
this is working fine in the design mode.
when i run the report iam getting like ": )work ( Employee"
how come?
very strange....I am using crystal reports 9 with sp5
can anyone help me in this regarding?
