Send Msg to Tivoli

I need to send msg to Tivoli, ive tried with sockets but it didnt work.
Someboy have any idea about to work with tivoli. :confused:

I remember that amongst the dozens of Tivoli CDz, there's a good lot of documentation. If memory serves, Tivoli can trap SNMPs so that's what you should sent.

I'm using sockets, i've seen with some software of TCP/IP, that tivoli received my msgs , but i dont know why tivoli can not understand the msgs. Do you have some examples with c#? or where I can find information on it?
