Ok, am I going crazy...
So,
I launched off a simple VB app I created and then went to Explorer and renamed the EXE and Windows let me.
I would think I'd receive an "Access Denied" error like I do when I try to delete the same EXE while it's running, but I don't.
Is it just me or does Windows actually allow you to do this?
BTW, I am running a fresh install of Windows XP SP2 on 2 machines and both machines allow the rename while running.
Thanks,
Chris
