I'd like to know if there are (or can be enabled) any hotkeys in Windows for moving the mouse cursor around by a specific number of pixels.
Maybe it's a wacky idea but this morning I was eating breakfast in front of the computer and wouldn't use the mouse because my right hand was sugar sticky and I thought it would be helpful if I could use some hotkeys with my left hand.

if you go to accessibility options in the control panel, you can turn on MouseKeys. this allows you to control the mouse with the keypad on the right side of the keyboard, and clicking with the spacebar.

As far as I can tell, Num 0 is mouse down, Num . is mouse up. Num / is make left button active and Num - is make right mouse button active. You can see which is active by the tray icon.
