Basics questions.

I am new to CR.
I am forced to use version 8.

So, I have added a CR by right clicking and adding the report designer. Then it asks me for a format, I choose Form Letter. Then I choose DataEnvironment and up pops up my DataEnvironment1. All looks good until I choose my predefined Command object. CR then shows me a window that says "Select Recordset" displaying

SHAPE {{? = CALL PrintJustSelectedRange2ndLtr( ?, ?) }} AS PrintJustSelectedRange2ndLtr

If I click OK it says that the Parameter values are NOT given. I have tried manually typing them in thinking I can change them in runtime. Nothing works.

How can I get this to work?
