is this edition good or some sort of cut downed

As far as I understand the Enterprise edition has a crapload more tools that come with it. I have also heard that it makes it easier to connect to databases with the Enterprise edition.

yeah its for teams of ppl working together and for databases basically. other than that, dont think its must diff from Professional

Yea, Kenny is correct. Accept the fact that it's for Multiple people accessing the same programming database files at once, there is not much difference. You do get a few tools that are extra such as Scource Safe etc..
