The one they play on tv, it comes on around 4:00am and inoys the hell out of you?

Just find out what frequency it is and create it with an audio-editing program that has a wave generator.

Well its in the top 10000 most boring VBF threads of all time. Top half at least.
Definitely boringer than "I changed my username again" and considerably less interesting than "How much stuff can I cram in my nose?"
