    [ask]at command for sending sms, is it really need delay time ?

    hi , I would like to ask about sending sms with at command, FYI cell phone that I use is siemens C35, and for example I will send sms :"hellohello" to +628157616224, and currently Im using delphi with serialng component,
    and I send to serial port this -> 'AT+CMGS=23'+CR
    and this -> 0031000C912618751626420000A70AE8329BFD4697D9EC37+Ctrl-Z
    but I cant send any messages at all with this , can anyone help me please ?
