phone programming forums ?

hi, can anyone tell me where is the forum that discuss phone programming especially with at command ?, thanks in advance

I would just do a Google search. That should give you quite a bit of information.

I think most phone programming (cell phones) is done with Jave(SDK) and/or Mobile Basic.

thanks, I've looked at it all,but I dont think all of this web site discuss about at command, but thanks for the efforts
