What is the best Engine for making strategy games? What about the fastest? Can I make the same things with a RTS toolkit than with a engine? If so what is the best RTS toolkit? I have a excelent knowledge of C++, but I am new to game programming. I will need something that will work on Windows. What about free downloads?
