API Viewer

I Have Visual Basic 6 Learning Edition which does not have the api viewer or something that lists the api functions, does anyone know where i could get something like that for free?

I'm pretty sure the M$ site has an explanation of all of the VB documented functions that are found in the API viewer....also a nice site is http://skyscraper.fortunecity.com/transmission/45/api/index.html
