When you install the speech engine, you
get some controls that you can use in VB
How doI use these controls to get input
from the user (through a microphone) and do
what he says.

For example: If the user says "close" I want
the App to exit.

Well, you can use Microsoft Agents to that
kind of stuff... I just got a book/SDK for
MS Agents for $50:

Microsoft Agent Software Development Kit
by Microsoft Press... it comes with everything you need!

I know that Dragon Naturally Speaking comes with a couple of ActiveX controls, but I never did play around with them.

Just throwing out random thoughts....
