Okay guys..i just found out a week or so ago, that when you are using a popupmenu on a form, it doesnt let the form have a caption when you put it boarderless. I.E. you want it to show in the taskbar with a name, but if you try and add to the caption the form, the boarders come back and the form resumes its ugly poofy self.

To reverse this, simply place your popupmenu on another form, and have it popup from the other form. Your caption now works
