I want to have a form filled out in Access and when it's submitted have it sent to a person that reviews the form (in some kind of format) and then can have two choices (Approve or Disapprove). I'm not sure how the information should be sent to where they have an option to Approve or Disapprove. I know I can send the form results in email, but how would they Approve/Disapprove to where the results are entered automatically back into the database for that record. Any ideas???
