Hi,
A little off topic but I figured that you guys might have some experience with this..
I'm trying to load Win2K PRO on my test computer but after getting through the whole blue screen setup routine, it says "Setup starting Windows 2000" and just stays there...
I've tried it a few times and keep having the same problem.. I've tried installing it via booting to the win2K CD and the 4 Win2K floopies but same problem..
I'm trying to install it on a 1 gig partition.. could that be the problem? If it was, shouldn't it tell me that the destination space is too small?
Any help would be appreciated..

Yes that sound like it could be the problem (1.0 gig) - Try reformating or fdisking. Are you installing it fresh from a formatted drive, or as a update from Win NT 4, Win95 or Win 98.
If you can get back to me on these I should be able to help further

Yep, that must be it.. I just found at Microsoft.com that Win2K Pro requires a min. of 2GB.. I'll resize the partition and see how it goes.. I'll let you know..
