Important Security Question

I have two questions.

When I use Yahoo mail at work on NT network, can admins trace my password and read my Yahoo emails?

Also, can they read this post or any other posts that I posted?

Please verify, because I always wondered about this.

I would err on the side that it can all be seen and cracked, tracked and used against you at some point. The real question is, "Are they that interested in you (now or in the future) to go to the trouble?"

Try not to do things that would get you terminated. And I don't mean "fired". ;)
