I have several picutes from one of the earlier encounters. The gal I was going out with last year was catching those pythons and disecting them to see what they were eating. She found a fight between snake and gator on the way in to work one morning, and sent me several pictures.

She and I went out snake hunting one evening. Found several, but no pythons. Now she's training a beagle to track the snakes. She keeps it on a short leash, or course, since a gator would love a beagle. So would a python, probably.

Uh.....no, she looks MUCH better than that. However, we did go tackle some gators a few years ago. A VERY entertaining days work, I'd have to say.

It was her way of saving face.

The day before, a gator had almost taken her face off when her guards got tired, so she invited me along. We got to fight a gator together. It would take me a few years to get bored with a job like that.

By the way, I sent her the link from the first post. She replied that it was funny I sent her that, because she had just gotten off the phone after turning down a request for an interview from the BBC. She said the news has gone around the world by now.
