    Arrow Setting permissions for Web Access [RESOLVED]

    Hi this problem is more XP related but is causing problems in my web app.
    When I right click on a file I don't see the 'security' tab, so I can't set the permissions on a file to make it accessable on the web. I am running Windows XP sp2 and my account is an administrator. Why don't I see the security tab?

    Can anyone please help me? This is making it very difficult to make files accessible on my website.
