I want to monitor all in-and outgoing data events through all port of my local machine.
When some packets are sent, or received, it should be logged and I want to see from where a packet comes (from IP/Host) and also to where it goes (to IP/Host) and I want to know at which time.

This should work for all protocol types and connection types (TCP/IP, UDP, IGMP, etc.)

I would use this program on Windows 2000 Server to monitor
all events in the local network area.

Any suggestions?
