Surely anybody who is good enough to help others out (which is what this site is all about) should not have to put up with this kind of crap.
I haven't really got any suggestions for dealing with it, but it just got my back up reading it.
If someone gives me info which I think is irrelevant or useless, I just say cheers but I'm looking for something different. Why the need to insult people? If the question isn't specific, don't be annoyed if you get all kinds of answers, people answering can't be expected to read minds.

will have to agree with you there, if someone takes the time out to try and help whether it's the answer you want or not you should be appreciative, peolple answer because they want to not because they have to

Yeah, there are trolls everywhere. Here, at least, they
usually go to the chit-chat board. Some real flames going
on there, on occasion.
But even with the most acerbic participants, I haven't seen
it carry over to the VB, database, ....

I don't mean to be quick to jump the gun.. but I think john/james should do somethin serious about lior,
he is a (and excuse my language) dumb**** who thinks people like him...
a few weeks ago he posted some crap about some make money quick scheme, and quite a while before that he did the same, and before that he did it too....
3 times... and i hate those make money quick schemes..
