Can you make a network-wide DSN?

Is is possible to make a network wide DSN instead of a local or system DSN. I have a VB program which I created with a system DSN, forgetting that I would have to deploy it to 150 users. I tryed to remove the DSN and code it differntly, but the program's not forgetting that it was there. Any suggestions? I'm supposed to deploy today!
