How to switch dot net framework 1.0 to 1.1

My Visual studio.net is currently using frmaework 1.0 even though i have 1.1 installed on the machine. How can i make my whole visual studio.net to point to dot net framework 1.1 instead of 1.0

First off run this:
C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v1.1.4322\aspnet_regiis.exe -i

Then open your project, open the project properties and select build, and change the supported runtime to 1.1
