DBGrid control missing

Hi,
I use VB6 Pro (upgraded to SP4). Recently I had to use the DBGrid control (dbgrid32.ocx) and I found out that I don't have it. I know that I supposed to have it because I have it both at work and at school. I also know that I didn't delete it. Instead I have some DataGrid Control (OLEDB) which can't be used with my data control. I even brought a DBGrid from work but was getting Licence error when tried to install it.

How can I get this DBGrid control? Is it on my VB CD? How can I reinstall it, or maybe download it from Microsoft? I really need it

go to C:\windows\system and look for a file called dbgrid.reg , if it's there double click it and see if it shows up in your components then
