My laptop crashes every time I am in MS Word and select "Open" from the file menu. Any Ideas?
What's the error message? You may have to reinstall Word.
no message, Nothing. Click the Open button and evreything stops
Been there myself. Check for errors and reinstal Word. You also might want to check your hard drive space. You either have conflicting programs or you are running out of disk space.
