Connecting to MSACESS 2000

Dear all,
I have been trying to connect to an msaccess2000, i'm using the dao3.51. It seems that it does not recognise the database, what should i do? Please shown me an example if if you have one, also...how to set the password if the database had one.

You need DAO 3.6, and use the following example for the password access:

Set gdbsDatabase = gwrkWorkspace.OpenDatabase(strDatabaseName, dbDriverNoPrompt, False, "MS Access;PWD=PASSWORDHERE")
