Windows Boot (GUI) Delay !!

Can anybody help me to find out where the "Boot Function Key" delay is stored? This is the delay which tells windows how long to display the boot messages before booting.

1) Normal
2) Save Mode .... etc

I know you can change it, but where !!!!

Is it in MSDOS.SYS?

I always add BootDelay=0 to speed up Windows booting:
