Extract data from a Word Document?

Anyone know how to do it? How it can be done? I am a newbie and my boss asked me if I can do it somehow? I told him I would see if it can be done...

Here is what the data looks like and there is 200 pages of it...

UPDATE: I just need to pull three things from each persons data: Duty title, Grade, and Name (ie below: SECURITY FORCES CEM, SMS DOE, JOHN K)
