How to document VB 6.0 application?

I need to furninsh documentation of a VB6.0 application code. I never done this before. What is the best way to do? Please help me. Are there any links of samples to see.

There are ways beyond count that you can document an application. What are the specifics that you have been given with respect to documenting?

I was not given any specifications how the documentation should be but
told only high level documentation is enough.
