Sever Time?

The Server time showes up 3 hours early on my PC(my Date & Time are fine). I have it set up for EST -1. So it should be about 10:30 CST (EST -1) here. But it showes up as 7:30.

I seem to be going through this too.

It's 12, but it show 9.
