can graphical forms be "Added"

I have 2 transparent forms with line art on them. Is there an API call and/or properties to add the "line-art" on the 2 forms together onto a third "regular" form? Maybe something that would do this;
Form3."FormArt" = "Form1."FormArt" + Form2."FormArt"

I posted this at some obscure time and received no response. I'm putting this back to the top of the list just to put my mind at ease that I've done all I could to find the answer. Anyone can help?
