I want to know how to Spilt an image in 100 by 100 or 1000 by 1000 pixel and then get information about each pixel. This information should contain pixel number & it's RGB values.I'm an Electronics engineer and i wnat this informtion for my final year project,i wnat to store this information in microcontroller memory so anyone who knows about this please tell me how to do this coding using VB.
