I am not able to open any of my asp.net projects on my home PC (Winxp Pro and SP2).

IIS console shows nothing and when I try to connect I get the "dependency service or group failed to start " error.

I uninstalled IIS rebooted
disabled the Panda antiVirus
Reinstalled IIS Rebooted .

and it still doesnt work.

Any help appreciated
