[RESOLVED] frame help
is it possible to have one site with a stationary nav bar and header and a frame occupying the rest of the space? the only way i no how to do it now is it have everything in its own frame but it would be much easier if i could do it the way i want to.

The first example uses IFRAMES, the second example uses Macromedia Flash.

k ima use the iframes since i no more about that then flash but i was havin truyble with the rows and colums...thanx mendhak

im usin frames to get my site the way i want it but the way im doing it is making a frame for the header a frame for the navigation and a frame for the contents. is there anyway i can just make 1 frame for the contents and leave the navigation and header bar outside of a frame but always on the page as the contents frame changes for links?
