    Recompilling OCX alway increment version

    Hello,

    first of all apologies for my poor english....

    When i recompil an OCX it's alway increment the key "version" in registry !
    even i didn't check autoincrement version in it's projet setting...
    I make a huge impact on the VBP which re-use it !!!

    Did i make a mistake or miseunderstand something...

    please help

    Look in the project properties page
    Go to the Component tab and select binary compatibality or project compatability. I don't remember off of the top of my head which one you should set for an ocx, for dlls, I use binary. Check google.
