It's listed in the Add/Remove Programs list : Microsoft .Net Framework (version number).

The framework only comes with XP SP-2 and Server 2003 or by downloading it like manavo11's link. ;)

I have 1.1 with Net 2003. I think v 2 is for Net 2005 Beta

2002 = 1.0
2003 = 1.1
2005 = 2.0
