I am just curious, since admins know who gives reputations then is it possible to give them negative reputations?

I dont know if this inquiry is suited in this section (if not then I ask mod/admin to move this).

I don't see why normal users can't be able to see who has given them reps. Also
i don't see why mods should be exempt from negative reps. That is if they are.

Mods and Super Mods are subject to all the same rules and limitations, etc. for reps. I myself have received negative reps too so
even the best of us get them. ;)

Admins are the only ones that have the ability to manage Reputation Points and are for the most part adhere to the same rules.
