    a component which can play gif and has click event? (free)

    Under the components menu there are a couple of things you could play around with.

    Take a look at:

    Microsoft DirectAnimation Media Controls
    Microsoft MultiMedia Control

    I have no idea how to use either one, but I'm sure if you get stuck, someone will be able to answer any question you have.
