Hi all

I have Windows XP SP2 and Excel 97.
I have an excel application that was built in NT and Excel 97.
When i try to open that application in XP SP2 it dispalys an error msg "Excel has encountered a problem and needs to close sorry for the inconveninence caused" and it just crashes.
I am not even able to open the excel.
But when i tried that in a windows XP SP1 machine that was working fine.
Any help would be appreciated. Its urgent
