mfc beginner

in visual c++
when going to NEW project
what do i select to make a mfc
dont i just select Win32 Application?

anyone know of a tutorial that starts from THE BEGANNING
i found some on the web that just gives ya some hello worlds, but doesnt tell ya how to began the damn project
