Outlook SentItem folder Message

hi.
The mail in the outlook(2000) SentItems folder looks differently from New Mail message:
some fiels are read only, the Standard toolbar in state : reply,forward.. and not send..

How can i create such a mail item state?

It should just be a matter of disabling the commandbars items that you want when an item is viewed in the Inspector window.
