I am from India & I am using Visual Basic 6.
One more query Can I send sms using providers (like Airtel,Orange).

example : number@provider.something

or suggest me some other solution.

You typically need an SMS gateway. Ring your providers and ask them if they provide a solution.

You should then be able to send an XML request to them for each text message you want to send.
