is it possible to make a VB SCRIPT chat room? or a HTML chatroom, with out having to use ASP or JAVA or CGI?

Simple HTML....i don't think that's possible.
Vb Script...even though i'm not an expert in that area i think it is possible considering vb-script is much like vb itself. I would suggest looking around for samples to see if it is.
