Smooth TextOut()

When using TTF in a label control, the font always displays smoothly on the screen (only Win98/2K or Win95 with Plus! installed).
But when using the VB Print statement on a form - or the TextOut API - the smoothing edges are not drawn!
Any one knows this behaviour?

Are you sure you're using a TTF font of a large enough size?

Oops, it was MS Sans Serif. Normally I always use Arial.
But the problem has been solved by now. I had this phenomenon on a Win95 machine without Plus! installed.
It has been done by now.
So, this thread could be placed in the tray...
