ToolBar Control Help, Anybody?

Hey everybody, I have a question about a toolbar control. I am not using a regular toolbar that comes with .NET. I am using NetXP's toolbar. It's a regular toolbar, except it can be themed for windows xp...

The regular Windows XP style has nice looking tabs and to the right of the tabs themselves there are two arrows (left and right) and an X to move between the tabs and close the tabs (just like in VB .NET dev env)...

Those arrows and X don't work by themselves, so I am guessing I gotta program them... I was wondering first of all if anybody know what I am talking about and second of all if anybody knows where I can put code for those arrows and an X.
