Changing drive letter for CD-ROM

How can I change the drive letter for the CD-ROM (e.g., from D: to E: or D: to F:, assuming both E: and F: are available) in a VB (5.0 or 6.0) program?

What, if any, API functions can I use to do this programmatically?

ANY HELP will be much appreciated!!
